Our Work
Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories (REL) served as the Construction Quality Assurance Testing Firm for the project and was responsible for all laboratory and field testing performed by REL. This included testing of subgrade, cement treated soil, base and P.C.C. for both pavement and miscellaneous structures. Testing included 2,500+ tests on the 221,374+ CY of PCC placed, 1230+ densities on embankments and CTB, 209+ strength on CTB and 278+ proctors.
