About
Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories LLC (REL) is a full service construction materials engineering, inspection and testing firm located in Texas. The firm began operation in April of 1992 and currently has five accredited laboratories located in Austin, San Antonio, Arlington, Fort Worth and Pharr, Texas. We are equipped to perform testing/inspection, both laboratory and field in Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC), asphalt binders, emulsions, cutbacks, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), soils and aggregates. We also provide full geotechnical investigations and pavement evaluations.
REL main headquarters is located at 13809 Turbine Drive, Austin, Texas. The facility has 2,500 square feet of office space and 4,250 square feet of area for sample receiving, processing, testing and storage of samples. We also have full equipped laboratories in San Antonio, Pharr, Fort Worth and Arlington.
