Field Technician/Inspector

About the Role

We are looking for Construction Materials Testing Technicians/Inspectors for the I-35 NEX Central Project in San Antonio, TX. The functions include performing testing in the field on Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), soils and base and Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) and inspecting several structures and materials.

Requirements

ACI and/or TXAPA certifications preferred.

About the Project

I-35 NEX Central Project consists of approximately 9.5 miles of non-tolled improvements along I-35 from I-410 North to FM 3009 in San Antonio. The I-35 elevated lanes will provide direct connections to I-410 North and Loop 1604 West and East. The project also includes incidental construction necessary to transition the elevated lanes and connectors with the existing highways including revisions to ramps and frontage roads and accommodations for drainage, utilities, signs, and other highway improvements.
